04AI Features & Data

99Broker provides AI-powered features including Voice-to-CRM, property description generation, client summaries, follow-up suggestions, and smart search. To power these features, your input data (spoken text, typed queries, property details) may be processed by our AI engine.

The Company may use aggregated, anonymized AI interaction data to improve and train its models. Individual user data is not used for model training without explicit consent.

05WhatsApp & Communication Services

The Platform integrates with WhatsApp and other messaging services for sharing property details, sending reminders, follow-up messages, and site visit confirmations. Communication logs may be stored for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

OTP verification is used to authenticate identity, secure login, recover accounts, and confirm sensitive actions. OTP data is used solely for authentication purposes and is not stored after verification.

06Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, store user preferences, improve user experience, analyse usage, and improve security. You may disable cookies through browser settings, though some Platform features may not function correctly.

08Broker Data Ownership & Client Consent

Client relationships belong to the Broker. 99Broker does not claim ownership over your client databases, property listings, uploaded documents, notes, or follow-up records. We act solely as a technology platform for storing and managing this information on your behalf.

Each Broker is solely responsible for ensuring that: (a) client information has been lawfully collected; (b) appropriate consent has been obtained where required by applicable law; (c) information is accurate; and (d) all uploaded documents are lawfully obtained. 99Broker is not responsible for information uploaded without proper authorization.

Users must also have the necessary rights to upload images, videos, documents, floor plans, and property media. Users remain solely responsible for any copyright, ownership, or legal disputes relating to uploaded content.

09Sharing of Information

• With your consent — where you have explicitly authorized sharing.
• Service providers — third-party processors acting on our behalf (cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, messaging, AI services, maps) who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal obligations — to comply with court orders, regulatory requirements, or applicable law.
• Legal rights protection — to protect the Company's rights, property, or safety.
• Fraud prevention — to prevent, detect, or investigate fraud, security incidents, or abuse.
• Business restructuring — during a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, where permitted by law and with appropriate data protection safeguards.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including cloud hosting, authentication, maps, messaging, payment processing, AI services, and analytics. Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective privacy policies.

10Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active, as required by applicable law, for legitimate business purposes (including fraud prevention and dispute resolution), or until you request deletion — subject to legal retention obligations.

• Audit logs and transactional records may be retained where legally required even after account closure.
• Cross-border processing: where necessary, information may be stored on servers outside your state or country, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
• 99Broker is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights as a Data Principal:

12Legal Compliance & Policy Updates

99Broker strives to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable central and state regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, fake property listings, misrepresentation, illegal activities, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of applicable laws or this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
