01 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all popular Indian payment methods — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and EMI options for the Lifetime plan. All payments are processed securely via our certified payment gateway partner.
02 Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes — a GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every paid plan automatically after payment. You can enter your GSTIN during checkout to claim input tax credit for your brokerage firm. Download invoices anytime from your Account → Billing page.
03 Does annual billing really save money?
Yes! Choosing the annual Pro plan at ₹12,000/year saves you ₹6,000 compared to the monthly rate of ₹1,500 × 12 = ₹18,000. That's 2 full months free every year. You can switch to annual billing anytime from your dashboard.
04 What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available in the event of a verified billing error or if the service was not activated due to a technical issue on our end. Active subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.
01 Can I upgrade from Free to Pro anytime?
Yes — upgrade in seconds from Account → Billing inside your dashboard. All your existing clients, properties, notes, and deal history carry over instantly. Pro billing begins on your upgrade date with no setup fees.
02 Is the Lifetime plan truly a one-time payment?
Absolutely. ₹49,999 is a single payment — no renewals, no subscriptions, no surprise charges ever. It includes all future feature updates, new modules, and platform improvements for the life of the product. Seats are limited during this launch period.
03 What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?
No data is ever deleted when you cancel. Your account reverts to the Free plan with up to 50 clients visible. All your data is preserved and you can export it at any time. You can re-subscribe whenever you're ready — all history comes back instantly.
01 Is Voice-to-CRM really available in Hindi?
Yes! Our AI Voice-to-CRM supports Hindi, English, and natural Hinglish (mixed). Speak freely after a client call or site visit — the AI extracts client name, budget, property requirements, and follow-up date automatically into your CRM. Available on Pro and Lifetime plans.
02 How does AI Co-Broker Matching work?
When you add a client requirement (e.g. 3BHK in Shimla under ₹80L), our AI instantly scans the 99B2B Broker Network and surfaces other verified brokers whose property listings match. You can initiate a co-broking request with a single tap — agree on commission split, generate a digital MOU, and close faster together.
03 Can I create and send Digital MOUs to clients?
Yes — Pro and Lifetime users can generate professional Digital MOUs with auto-filled deal details, commission clauses, and party information. Share via WhatsApp or email for OTP-based e-signature. Lifetime users additionally get custom branding (your logo on the MOU).
01 Who owns my client and property data?
You do — always. 99Broker acts only as a technology platform. We do not claim ownership of your client relationships, listings, documents, or notes. Your data is your business asset. You can export everything at any time, and we will never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
02 Is my data secure on the platform?
Yes. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, role-based access controls, encrypted cloud backups, and real-time activity monitoring. The platform is compliant with India's DPDP Act 2023. Your uploaded documents and client data are stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure.
01 Can I use 99Broker for my whole brokerage team?
The Lifetime plan includes up to 3 team seats with shared pipeline visibility and role-based permissions (Admin / Agent). Each team member gets their own login. For firms with 5+ agents, contact us for enterprise pricing.
02 Do you offer custom enterprise plans for large agencies?
