Electronic Acceptance Record Policy

Purpose

This Electronic Acceptance Record Policy ("Policy") establishes the legal and technical framework used by 99Broker to record, authenticate, preserve, and produce electronic evidence relating to user acceptance of agreements, declarations, policies, and legally binding actions performed through the Platform.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Buyer Declaration, Seller Declaration, Broker Agreement, Consent Forms, and AI Usage Policy.

Legal Recognition

The User acknowledges that electronic records, electronic signatures, OTP verification, digital acknowledgements, and electronically stored information constitute legally valid evidence under applicable laws in India.

Events Requiring Electronic Acceptance

The Platform may require electronic acceptance before permitting activities such as account creation, first-time log in, legal document agreements, site visit scheduling, property submissions, AI usage, and data sharing.

Methods of Electronic Acceptance

Electronic acceptance may occur via: "I Agree" buttons, checkboxes, OTP verification, PIN verification, digital signatures, Aadhaar e-Sign (where implemented), biometric authentication, or passkeys.

Information Recorded

For every legally significant acceptance, the Platform securely records:

• User Info: User ID, Full Name, Mobile, Email, Role, Organization.
• Consent Info: Document Name, Version, Identifier, Date, Time, Zone, and Method.
• Device & Network Info: Device/OS, Browser/Version, Screen Resolution, IP Address, ISP/Location.
• Security & Integrity Info: OTP status, session token ID, SHA-256 document hash, cryptographic check status.

Electronic Signature

Where applicable, clicking "I Agree", verifying an OTP, or finishing authentication constitutes the User's electronic signature for the specific document version presented.

Document Version Control

Every legal document contains a version number, effective date, and ID. If revised, previous versions are archived, and users must accept the new version to continue access.

Audit Trail

The Platform maintains a secure, tamper-protected audit trail of all acceptances, capturing documents, timestamps, IPs, authentication methods, and consent states.

Consent History

Users may be permitted to view their consent histories (documents accepted, dates, versions). The Company may restrict logs that could compromise system safety.

Withdrawal of Consent

Users may contact the Company to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect actions, agreements, or obligations completed prior to the withdrawal request.

Record Retention

Electronic consent records are preserved during the life of the account, and thereafter as required by law for security, audits, or dispute resolution purposes.

Integrity Protection

The Company implements technical controls and hashing methods to protect records against unauthorized modification, deletion, tampering, or loss.

Evidence in Legal Proceedings

The User agrees that electronic acceptance logs maintained by 99Broker are admissible as primary proof of user identity and consent in legal proceedings.

Platform Logs

System logs track logins, OTP status, document modifications, AI prompt activities, and site visits for operational support, investigations, and evidentiary needs.

User Acknowledgement

By selecting "I Agree", verifying via OTP, or signing, the User consents to electronic record-keeping and acknowledges that such logs are binding, legal evidence.
