02 What This Means for Users

When you interact with a Broker through the 99Broker Platform, you are engaging directly with an independent real estate professional. 99Broker:

• Does not endorse or verify the professional advice given by any Broker.
• Does not supervise, direct, or control the conduct of Brokers while using the Platform.
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing opinion, market analysis, or recommendation made by a Broker.
• Does not accept responsibility for a Broker's negotiation strategy or representations made to third parties.

03 Independent Broker Status

All Brokers using the Platform operate as independent professionals. Nothing in the 99Broker Terms & Conditions or any other Platform document creates an employer-employee relationship, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between 99Broker and any Broker.

04 Your Responsibility

Users are encouraged to independently evaluate Brokers before engaging their services and to seek independent legal, financial, or valuation advice before making any property-related decisions.
